November 17, 2023: After a SURREAL night sleeping ON ANTARCTICA, Don T & his "best girls" were Zodiac'ing back to the Expedition Yacht WORLD NAVIGATOR when we had a Southern Humpback Experience. Pure Magic.....
Don T rented a submersible to explore the Great Barrier Reef about 30 miles offshore Cairns, Australia on March 5th, 2023. On this dive we saw sea cucumber, fish and giant clams. The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef system, composed of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching for over 2,300 kilometres (1,400 mi) over an area of approximately 344,400 square kilometres (133,000 sq mi).
In March 2023 Don T visited Rotorua - the center of Maori culture in New Zealand - and witnessed the Haka as would have normally been displayed to any "visitor" approaching a Maori family. Stunning Energy!
On February 21, 2023 Don T visited the southernmost point in Australia in Briny Point Tasmania in the Great Southern Ocean.... Weather was wicked, but the Australian Fur Seals loved it!
On January 29, 2022, I was on tour in the Amazon region of Ecuador. We were invited to lunch with the local Napo Runa tribe and smoked Weevil Larvae was on the lunch menu.... Quite Tasty.

The Sea Lions of Galapagos and Santa Isabel Island are playful and enjoy interacting with snorkelers. I had about 4-minutes of pure magic & play with one during a swim and captured on my GoPro!
It's March 2022 and the World is coming out of COVID and starting to re-open. I had a previously COVID cancelled a trip to Morocco and had airline tickets with Air Morocco to use. Sooooo.... Let's go!

Don T went to Tasmania in February 2023 and arranged a private feeding of endangered Tasmanian Devils.... Devils will eat 40% of they body weight in one sitting and will then "pass out" .... they are VERY Food aggressive, but will not hurt the living handlers as they eat only carrion.

In April 2023, Don T visited the stunning Cook Islands, and then flew into Aitutaki..... A day on the Aitutaki Lagoon was spent in s charter boat, where we had the chjamnce to snorkel with Crevalle Jack
As the World was COVID closing, Don T was in India and Nepal enjoying the last vestiges of travel for what would be a year. In Jaipur, I had the opportunity to sit with snake charmers and pet a cobra.

The night market in Jamaa El-Fna Square, Marrakech Médina is beyond comprehension. Food stalls. Snake handlers. Monkeys. Dancing. Music. Don T made a small donation and was welcomed into this world.
4-days before the World COVID Closed Don T took a jet to "flightsee" the Nepalese Himalaya.

In March 2020, we took to the Bagmati River in Kathmandu to witness the rites of cremation at KATHMANDU’S PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE
In October 2021, Don T was in Venice for about a week. He visited the world famous & oldest continuously operating cafe - Caffe Florian - for two afternoons. The band dedicated this song - the Theme to "The Godfather" to me. I am honored
During a 2013 anti-poaching walkabout, Don T came upon a huge herd of elephant on tihe Kwando River, which separates Namibia & Botswana on the Caprivi Strip.
